Whilst at university, I began baking to relieve stress (in hindsight, I probably should have been studying!) and would regularly share my creations with friends. It wasn’t long before a friend asked if I could make a birthday cake, I nervously agreed and can safely say, I have never looked back.

 

The Fat Fairy was quickly born out of a stress relieving hobby that soon spiralled into a love for filling bellies with all the naughty calorie fuelled treats. Completely self taught, my only aim is to create delicious bakes that taste as good as they look! 

 

Whether it’s a complete and utter show stopper you are looking for, or some devilishly moreish brownies, I’m the gal for you.
